Acceptable Use & Content Policy
Last updated July 20, 2026
Portfo is a place to show real work. This policy explains what you can post and how you can use the platform. It applies to everyone, and it works alongside our Terms of Service.
Your content
You're responsible for everything you publish. Only post work you made or have the right to share. Don't post content that:
- Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
- Is illegal, or promotes illegal activity.
- Contains malware, exploits, or code meant to harm people or systems.
- Is sexually explicit, graphically violent, or hateful.
- Shares someone's private information without their consent.
- Is spam, a scam, or deliberately misleading.
Using the platform
When you use Portfo, don't:
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-collect content or profile data by automated means without our written permission.
- Break, overload, or probe our systems for vulnerabilities outside a program we've approved.
- Get around access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
- Use Portfo to build a competing dataset or product from other people's work.
- Misrepresent who you are or who you work for.
Enforcement
If content or activity breaks this policy, we may remove it, limit its reach, or suspend or close the account behind it. Serious or repeated violations can lead to a permanent ban. Where the law requires it, we'll report illegal content to the relevant authorities.
